PC-20
The entry-level model in the PC series of dosing machines, this unit is your first step into the world of high-pressure equipment. It is designed for manufacturing small polyurethane foam products weighing from 15 g to 5 kg.
Its main applications include the production of children’s toys (squishies, animal figures, etc.), decorative moldings, earplugs, headphone earpads, floats, armrests for medical furniture, airplane cushions, chair pads for waiting areas, spot cavity filling for thermal insulation, and much more. The maximum output of this machine is 300 g/sec.

PC-40
The PC-40 dosing machine is the most versatile model, capable of producing items weighing from 100 g to 12 kg. This range covers a wide variety of polyurethane foam products, including orthopedic pillows, toppers, back cushions, car seats, vaccine thermal containers, beehives, decorative elements, thermal panels with clinker tiles, monoblock chairs, train and airplane seats, PU foam shells (all sizes), medical seats, automotive interior parts, furniture fillers, marine buoys, PU foam boards for milling, tailor’s mannequins, PU foam boards for permanent formwork, bus armrests, car dashboards, and many more.
PC-60
The PC-60 dosing machine offers a maximum output of 1 kg/sec. The maximum product weight achievable with non-delayed-start components is 15–16 kg. Many customers choose this model because it allows casting heavier parts compared to the PC-40 — for example, components for outdoor fitness equipment, shells for the oil and gas sector, and small sandwich panels.

PC-90
This machine has a capacity of up to 1.5 kg/sec, with a maximum shot weight of 30 kg when the component start time is within 20 seconds. It is often used for manufacturing refrigeration equipment (freezers, display cases, etc.), producing sandwich panels for small refrigerated trucks, as well as molding shaped parts, vibration-damping boards, packaging solutions for large cargo, and fillers for UAVs.
PC-130
The main applications of this unit include thermal insulation of steel pipes with diameters from 45 to 530 mm and lengths of up to 12 meters, production of sandwich panels, isothermal vans and containers, PU foam blocks for milling, as well as molding large-diameter pipe bends. Its maximum output is 2.2 kg/sec.
PC-200
The maximum output of this dosing machine is 3.7 kg/sec. The main applications include pipe-in-pipe thermal insulation for diameters ranging from 45 to 820 mm, as well as the production of sandwich panels.
PC-300
The maximum output is 5.4 kg/sec. The main applications include pipe-in-pipe thermal insulation of steel pipes with diameters from 57 to 1220 mm and lengths of 12 meters, production of sandwich panels, and buoys for maintaining vessel buoyancy.
PC-400
This machine can produce thermal insulation for steel pipes with a maximum diameter of up to 1420 mm and a length of up to 12 meters. Its maximum output is 7.3 kg/sec. It can also be used for manufacturing high-density and large-size sandwich panels.
PC-500
A highly efficient machine with a maximum output of 9.2 kg/sec.
