HIGH-PRESSURE DOSING MACHINE

High-pressure dosing machines from the Polymer Complex are advanced and eco-friendly equipment used to process two-component polyurethane foam systems.

These machines can be integrated into production lines and operate automatically. They are also suitable for manufacturing polyurethane foam products using fixed molds.

In terms of technology and performance, the Polymer Complex machines are on par with or even exceed those of european companies, offering greater reliability at a cost that is two to three times lower.
PC20
This machine is the first step in the world of high-pressure equipment. It is designed for manufacturing small polyurethane foam products weighing from 15 grams to 5 kilograms. Its main applications include production of children's toys (squishies, animal figurines, etc.), decorative items, earplugs, headphone cushions, floats, armrests for medical furniture, airplane pillows, chair inserts in waiting areas, spot filling for insulation, and much more. The maximum production capacity of this machine is 300 grams per second.
PC40
The PС40 pouring machine is the most versatile and can be used to manufacture products ranging from 100 grams to 12 kilograms. It is suitable for a wide range of polyurethane foam products such as orthopedic pillows, toppers, back and seat cushions, car seats, vaccine thermos containers, beehives, decorative panels with clinker tiles, solid molded chairs, seats in trains and airplanes, PU shells (all sizes), medical seats, interior elements in cars, furniture fillings, buoys for marine use, PU sheets for milling, mannequins for tailors, PU sheets for non-removable formwork, armrests for buses, dashboards for cars, and much more.

PC60
The pouring machine PC60 has a maximum production capacity of 1 kilogram per second. The maximum weight of an item that can be poured using components without delayed start is 15-16 kilograms. Many opt for this model with a small margin compared to the PK-40 model, as they plan to cast heavier details, such as parts for outdoor fitness equipment, shells for the oil and gas sector, and small sandwich panels. Using delayed start systems, it can insulate pipes from 32 to 325 mm in diameter up to 12 meters in length.
PC90
This machine has a production capacity of up to 1.5 kilograms per second, and the maximum filling dose when starting a component within 20 seconds is 30 kilograms. This installation is often used for manufacturing refrigeration equipment (coolers, hoods, etc.) and for producing sandwich panels for small refrigerated vans, as well as for making shaped products, vibration-damping plates, packaging solutions for large cargoes, and filling for unmanned aerial vehicles.
PC130
The main application of this installation is insulation of pipes with a diameter from 45 to 530 mm made of steel up to 12 meters in length, production of sandwich panels, isothermal vans and containers, PU blocks for milling, as well as forming of large diameters and elbows of large diameters. The maximum production capacity is 2.2 kilograms per second.
PC200
The maximum production capacity of this pouring machine is 3.7 kilograms per second. Key applications include insulation of pipes using the "pipe-in-pipe" technology with a diameter from 45 to 820 mm, as well as production of sandwich panels.
PC300
The maximum production capacity is 5.4 kilograms per second. Applications include insulation using the "pipe-in-pipe" technology with diameters from 57 to 1220 mm made of steel 12 meters long, production of sandwich panels, and buoys for maintaining positive buoyancy for ships.
PC400
With this machine, it is possible to manufacture insulation for pipes with a maximum diameter of 1420 mm made of steel up to 12 meters in length. The maximum production capacity is 7.3 kilograms per second. Additionally, it is possible to manufacture high-density and large-sized sandwich panels.
PC500
This highly efficient machine has a maximum pouring capacity of 9.2 kilograms per second.
PC700
This machine has a maximum production capacity of 11.2 kilograms per second for large tasks.
CONTROL SYSTEM
The Polymer Complex machine features a reliable control system with high-quality components. It includes a user-friendly touchscreen interface, self-diagnostic capabilities, multi language support, and real-time notifications for prompt problem-solving.

An intuitive, fully graphic touchscreen operator panel serves as the interface for users, displaying parameters in a logically organized manner. The system offers a user-friendly operation experience during maintenance tasks as well.

Polymer Complex was founded in 1989 by a group of specialists in the design and manufacture of equipment and tooling for the production of products from polyurethane foam. The equipment is not inferior to other analogues and is 2-3 times cheaper.
Our company is a leading manufacturer of high-pressure dosing machines for the processing of polyurethane foam in Russia and CIS. Over the entire period of work, we have delivered more than 1500 dosing machines.
Our specialists provide qualified assistance in consulting and selecting the optimal sets of main and auxiliary equipment and tooling to ensure high productivity and, most importantly, high-quality manufacturing of products from polyurethane foam.
